5th Annual Heart and Sole

We are getting in gear for our 5th Annual Heart and Sole Kids Run and 5K. Big announcement for this year...we are adding a 10K Race so all of you runners and walkers, check out the link to Get Me Registered on the side of this blog and sign up to run this great race.

ACA Heart and Sole 5K and Fun Run 2012

It's that time again....the 4th Annual ACA Heart and Sole 5K and Family Fun Run. This year it will be on Saturday, April 21st at Lois Jackson Park/Paul Boorman Trail. This year the run will be completely on the Paul Boorman Trail now that it is completed and beautiful.

Race Details
5K begins at 8:00 a.m..
Fun Run will begin at 9:15 a.m.. (each age group will have their time assigned later)

Registration Fees are $25.00 for 5K participants and $10.00 for Fun Runners. **There will be a $5.00 discount if you register in a group of 5 ore more.** If you wait until the day of the race, the price will increase $5.00. Registration forms are available at ACA.

2nd Annual Heart and Sole 5K and Fun Run

It's that time again.....

Alpine Christian Academy's 2nd Annual 5K and Family Fun Run is Saturday, April 17th, 2010.

We have ordered the t-shirts, the medals, and the ribbons....all we need is for you to sign up to run the 5K or Fun Run.

Our 5K is for all ages and our Fun Run age groups are 2-3 year olds, 4-7 year olds, and 8-13 year olds.

Please sign yourself, your family, and your friends up for this fantastic day of fun and health that benefits ACA families in need!

A Success!!

Everything went GREAT!!! It was a fun morning with lots of laughing, and most importantly RUNNING!!! All of the runners did a great job!

Thank you to all of our volunteers!!! We couldn't have done it without you!

**A special thanks to Larry Dillon and Steve Alexander who both worked so hard to ensure the run was a perfect 3.2 mile race. We appreciate you so much!
